Submission Deadline: May 3 (Sun.), 2026

In keeping with the tradition that has developed, there will be no invited speakers.
We cordially invite students, postdocs and senior researchers to submit abstracts.
Oral presentation slots will be preferentially given to young researchers (students and postdocs).
Contributions from companies and startups are welcome.
However, they will be treated and selected on the same basis as academic ones, based on the scientific merit and perceived interest to the community.
Product demos are not acceptable (consider becoming a sponsor instead!).

Submission Guideline

All abstracts must be submitted online via the official submission system (SoftConf).

Access the submission site and log in or create an account.
Select the appropriate conference (SiQEW 2026 or ICOSS 2026).
Select the relevant subject area and preferred presentation type.
Enter the title and author information in the required fields.
Upload the abstract (including figures) as a PDF file using the official template.
Review your submission and click “Submit” to complete the process.

You may edit and update your submission at any time before the submission deadline.

Important Notes

Please ensure that all author information is accurate, as it will be used for the conference program.
The preferred presentation type will be considered during review; however, the final decision will be made by the organizing committee.
